      Imported Debian patch 0.1.1-1
      Add local-options file.
      Add sign-tags = True to debian/gbp.conf
      Build-depends on libzita-resampler-dev

      Create the directory /usr/bin before installing the executable. Debian-specific: remove suffix from libraries path, set $PREFIX to /usr.
