[SCM] jackd2/master: Disable 1001_connect.patch

    Disable 1001_connect.patch
    
    Upstream has changed the code so that now jack_connect waits for the
    actual port connection/disconnection.
    
    This will hopefully make the patch obsolete. If not, we can reactive the
    patch again (after adopting it to the new code).
    
    Anyway, jackd2's jack_connect is now in sync with jackd1's, so I don't
    expect too much trouble. The codebase has also been tested widely by
    many power users.
