      Wrapped and ordered all configure flags. Introduced a confflags varible.
      Significantly simplified debian/rules by converting to debhelper 7.2. Some rough edges may be left, though.
      Fixed Priority and removed some obviously unecessary Build-Depends.
      Revert splitting out of transcode-utils, it saves neither pulled in Depends nor disc space (only around 700kB).
      Ordered Depends fields and demoted packages to Suggests that are neither in Debian nor in debimedia.
      Remove libtool files from /usr/lib/transcode.
      Fix debian/transcode.install
      Removed debian/NEWS, it does not apply anymore.
      Fixed debian/transcode-doc.install.
      Refreshed patches and provided patch descriptions.
      Added debian/README.source.
      Removed {export,filter,import}/*.la from master branch.
      Update debian/changelog.
      Fix version and release in debian/changelog.
