No need to tighten debhelper build-dependency _at_ _all_ due to 
multiarch when using CDBS: Please just use CDBS auto-resolved 
unversioned debhelper, unless you know better.

...and if you do know better, then please declare in CDBS 
auto-resolveable way like this in debian/rules:

# needs recent debhlper to satisfy foo with bar
CDBS_BUILD_DEPENDS += , debhelper (>= z.y.x~)
