      Added "libswscale-dev" as build dependency so sherlock265 example will be compiled.
      Atted patch to reduce amount of exported symbols (also reported upstream).
      Removed duplicate line.
      Added comment about only the samples being GPL.
      Updated symbols file to only contain the public API.
      Removed unused substitution variables.
      Changed priority to "optional" for all but the "-dbg" package.
      Use uppercase "H.265" in description.
      README.md is only useful for "-dev" package.
      No need for "--with quilt", already using "3.0 (quilt)".
      Added DEP-3 header to patch.
      Updated timestamp.
