The following commit has been merged in the master branch:
commit 93255c559813a760273b14da21bc1dbc5d40a39f
Author: Axel Beckert <abe at deuxchevaux.org>
Date: Sun Feb 22 10:17:24 2015 +0100

Actually the state is UNRELEASED as upstream already talks about releasing 0.5.2

I may upload 0.5.1 though since there's no 0.5.2 after a few days now.
But then again 0.5.1 has a not-so-nice bug which already has been
    fixed upstream in git: https://github.com/radiocicletta/vlevel/pull/1

This issue prevents me from using help2man for vlevel-jack, which
again causes a (surely valid) lintian warning about a binary without a
    man-page.
