Hello, fellow Debian packager!

The SC3 UGen Plugin collection is a repository of user-contributed
extensions to the SuperCollider audio synthesis server.

It is distributed through <https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins>
and maintained by the SuperCollider team.

The upstream repo contains git submodules referring to two libraries,
ATK and nova-simd.

For Debian, upstream has added a configure setting that allows
compiling the sc3 plugins against Debian's own ATK library, making the
embedded code copy obsolete. ATK has since been removed for the
repacked Debian source package.

However, some source files (e.g. ./source/ATK/sc/README) still refer to
the copyright of the ATK library and the ATK filters that come with
it, but these do not apply to the repacked Debian source package.

<https://github.com/supercollider/sc3-plugins/issues/61>

The author of the nova-simd library has requested to not have his
library distributed as a separate Debian package, it is thus included
as an embedded copy.

<https://github.com/timblechmann/nova-simd/issues/5>

Thank you.
