    make repack script read github repository from watch file
    
    use case: experimental branch can use tags from maintainer’s
    repository in order to generate origtgz files from unreleased
    versions (such as the nightly stable branch)

    try as hard as possible with GNU tar to normalise the origtgz
    
    it would be possible to get the timestamp from jq
    '.commit.author.date' (or '.commit.committer.date'?) from
    https://api.github.com/repos/musescore/MuseScore/commits/<sha1>
    but the github tarball seems to already use that timestamp
    
    it would be preferrable to exclude the directories from the
    ustar archive as paxcpio can do, but GNU cpio fails at correct
    generation of any tar format, and neither are installed by
    default, and I’d prefer to not introduce additional dependencies
    for fear of co-maintainers’ reactions ☺
