[SCM] rtaudio/master: Updated Files-Excluded to only exclude non-DFSG-free files

    Updated Files-Excluded to only exclude non-DFSG-free files
    
    and .gitignore...
    
    there's little use in stripping all the other files
    (like pre-generated HTML-documentation).
    esp. there's no use in stripping away the images.
