Antonio Radici (8):
      debian/NEWS: adding a more detailed message about the new mailcap behavior for text/html content.
      fixing some lintian errors with NEWS
      debian/rules: removed any reference to notmuch.
      Bumped Standards-Version to 4.1.1; no changes required.
      remove from the repository patch that we are not using anymore
      changing the etc_mailname_gethostbyname.patch to use mutt libraries
      bumped dh compat to 10, removed B-D on dh_autoreconf (now it's a dependency of dh).
      cutting the release, mostly because of #882690)
