[Pkg-mutt-maintainers] Bug#830695: mutt: uses "less" as pager

Package: mutt
Version: 1.6.1-2

In a clean chroot, I get this when I press F1:
sh: 1: less: not found

As per Policy §11.4, programs should honour the PAGER environment
variable, and if it's unset, fall back to "pager", not "less".
