This was an upstream patch that the package was carrying,
patch-1.5.4.vk.pgp_verbose_mime.patch. According to the changelog (I'm
new here :), it was dropped in the 1.5.24-1 upload by Matteo as it was
merged upstream.

The upstream bug report is https://dev.mutt.org/trac/ticket/3478. As we
can see there, upstream decided that adding an option to configure the
name and description is "an overkill" and thus merged a variant of the
patch that sets the filename to "signature.asc" and the description to
"Digital signature".

Is that sufficient for you? I'm a little skeptical on reintroducing the
other half of the patch in our package given that upstream has already
rejected it (but it wouldn't be unprecedented).
