Finally I tested it.

I built the package and installed it my system:

$ sudo dpkg -i --auto-deconfigure mutt_1.6.2-1_amd64.deb
$ sudo aptitude install -f

And choose the strategy to uninstall mutt-patched and mutt-kz.

Using the normal apt-get install -f it uninstall all the packages related with
mutt, mutt itself.

I'm not an advanced notmuch user, but my virtual mailboxes work and querying
also works.
