[Pkg-mutt-maintainers] Maintainer/Uploaders change with 1.6.2, when was this discussed?

Ok no problem, after thinking about it for a while I agree, sorry for the
initial reaction but I was a bit surprised. As Faidon has already said there are
plenty of bugs to fix so I'll (re)start doing that :)
