In my experience it is not necessary to artificially bump the severity,
the SRM often grants permission to upload targetted fixes for important
bugs as well. I don't feel like this being an RC bug, especially this
late in the Jessie lifecycle.

I haven't done any communication with the release team for this bug yet.
