[Pkg-mutt-maintainers] Bug#865842: Warning: Bad IDN ... in alias ...; for every single alias

Package: mutt
Version: 1.8.3+neomutt20170609-1
Severity: important

No matter what settings I change, in this build of neomutt 1.8.3, I
cannot make it read my file of aliases. It complains that every entry
has a "Bad IDN" and rejects it, eventually giving up on the entire
file because there are too many errors. I can't even create new
aliases from mail in my inbox without it complaining that they too
have a bad IDN. There's nothing wrong with the addresses. It doesn't
matter what I set my locale too, it doesn't matter if the address is
ASCII or not. While I can still use mutt without an address book,
it's pretty frustrating.
