[Pkg-mutt-maintainers] Bug#883381: neomutt interface to gpg broken

Version: 20171027+dfsg.1-1

When I start up neomutt so send a pgp-signed mail (like this
one), instead of a prompt for a passphrase I only get
gpg: signing failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device
