[Pkg-mythtv-maintainers] Upload of 0.10.x ivtv

Hi Mark,

Now that Etch has been let loose I think we can upload 0.10.x to
unstable. Only change since your upload to experimental (thanks by the
way) is some changes to the package descriptions.

One concern I do have is that ivtv-firmware is still sitting in the new
queue and the ivtv packages now refer to that instead of including
ivtv-mkfwpkg. Hopefully once the FTP masters have recovered from the
release parties the queue will start moving again.
