I've updated the SVN version of the IVTV driver to use this name.

Any chance you could include conflicts/replaces/provides: ivtv-firmware
to aid in upgrades? Users may have ivtv-firmware packages installed even
though it was never in Debian since they will have generated them with
the ivtv-mkfwpkg tool which the ivtv package used to include.
