[Pkg-mythtv-maintainers] Bug#426187: update IVTV project description

The long description of ivtv-source and ivtv-utils starts with:

"The primary goal of the IvyTV Project is to create a kernel driver"

"IvyTV" looks like a typo at first glance, however upon further research I 
found the original IvyTV wiki about page[1] where the long description was 
obviously derived from.

Their new home page[2] and about page[3] does not seem to mention IvyTV on it. 
The project seems to have consolidated on the IVTV name.

I'd please like to request to update control file description of ivtv packages 
to not mention "IvyTV" as it seems to be mostly a historical reminder of the 
original projects origins.
