[Pkg-mythtv-maintainers] Bug#493135: twolame: Corrupt MPEG headers with VBR encoding.

Using mpg321 the audio stream is severely destorted
at replay, while mpg123 even reports corrupt MPEG-headers.

That even the headers are illegal must be claimed
as more serious than inferior sound quality.

The following uses twolame_0.2.12-1 and libsndfile_1.0.21-3.
Using the recent upstream release twolame-0.3.13 leads to
identical results. Using "-V 10" does not help.
