[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] Bug#400271: /usr/share/snmp/mibs/.index file is empty

After further investigation, I found that the cause of this problem is
some error with the package  currenly in etch, that installs an empty
"/usr/share/snmp/mibs/.index" file.

Populating this file like this...

   for i in *.txt; do echo $(basename $i .txt) $i>>.index; done

...fixed the problem.
