Hi,
I've installed custom kernel with wheezy version, and got same result.

I just disabled CONFIG_SWAP but had pgpg{in,out} in /proc/vmstat.
henrich at wheezy:~$ grep pgpg /proc/vmstat
pgpgin 275507
pgpgout 90048
I guess it doesn't just relay on SWAP but needs pgpg{in,out} in /proc/vmstat,
and it's rare that we don't have it. It's better to handle systems whether we
would have it or not, however it seems to be hard and may introduce wrong side
effect, IMHO. So, tag it as wontfix.
