Package: snmpd
Version: 5.4.3~dfsg-2.8+deb7u1
Severity: important
Tags: ipv6
Dear Maintainer,
snmpd fails to start on kfreebsd after the 7.7 point release; I'm starting
it with "udp:161 udp6:161" on the commandline to get v4 and v6 support,
which used to work before (and still works with the current version on
i386 and amd64), but it just says this now:
getaddrinfo: udp6 Name or service not known
Error opening specified endpoint "udp6:161"
Server Exiting with code 1
leaving the command line as default does allow it to start, but it then
only answers on ipv4.
