Hi Krishna,
  My understanding of the quick reading of the net-snmp setup is all we
need to do to make this happen is to add
  --with-transports="TLSTCP DTLSUDP" --with-security-modules="tsm"

The default transports are UDP TCP Alias Unix and Callback while the
default security modules are usm only.

Does that sound right to you?
