SVN repo

Hi Luk,

I've just set up the svn repo for net-tools, injecting the -20 and -21
uploads into it.

It's using the usual -l2 layout:

trunk/net-tools/
branches/upstream/net-tools/current/
tags/net-tools/1.60-20
tags/net-tools/1.60-21

svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-net-tools

I think I'll start working on separating the modifications outside
debian/ to individual quilt patches (unless you have another
preference..)
