Bug#535186: neighbor vs. neighbour output confusing

Package: net-tools
Version: 1.60-23

The usage of neighbor vs neighbour in the output here is confusing. The stats
appear to use 'neighbour' to indicate In and 'neighbor' to indicate Out.
Unless the user looks at the source code, it is not clear which stat is which.

I suggest word 'neighbor' should be used consistently, since this is what is
is called in the kernel statistics. Also, 'neighbour' stats should be renamed
as 'neighbor * received', and 'neighbor' stats should be displayed as
'neighbor * sent'.
