Hi all,

I've patched (and attached) the util.c file as per Jonathan's post. I also rebuilt (and attached) the resulting net-tools package and the bug disappeared from my system.

I really don't know if there are other implications with the change I made. If anyone more appropiate cares to check or comment on the matter I think it would be better.

I'll try to reach upstream with the patch, but I give no guarantees ;-)
