Typo in ARP man page

Hi there, I've found a typo when executing "man 8 arp".

At the end of the man page it says EXSAMPLES instead of EXAMPLES.

I don't know how to sumbit a patch. I've only been able to "apt-get
source net-tools" and find out that the file
debian/patches/local-manpages.patch introduces the error in line 617.

If you want me to send you a patch anyway just ask for it but the
change seems trivial.
