Fwd: updated patch for SCTP support in net-tools

    Hello net-tools package maintainers,

  I tried to add an updated patch for a very old bug on net-tools about
SCTP support, but my e-mail came back to me as the bug #306428 is now
archived (as wontfix, that I didn't noticed).
The bug was closed because you said it should be done upstream, so I
would like to send my patch there... But I don't know where to look at :
the homepage of the project (as described in
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/net-tools), http://net-tools.berlios.de/
seems to be inexistant now.

In the last message of bug #306428, Erik Inge Bolsø show a new URL :
http://sourceforge.net/p/net-tools/code/ci/master/tree/  (as used by Fedora)
but the Debian's net-tools has differences with this source tree ...

Could you give me some advices to help adding SCTP support in upstream's
net-tools, then Debian net-tools package ?

I pulled the 2 patches listed on this bug report by Erik Inge Bolsø :

Commits:
4932915 Add netstat -S/--sctp parameter into help and manpages
8306063 netstat: add sctp connection decoding (Debian #306428 and Gentoo #258714)


and modified them to work correctly on Wheezy and Jessie's net-tools
package :

* Add support for -l and -a options for SCTP display.
* fix SCTP associations address parsing, with prefixed star ('*') not
always present on recent kernels.

I've tested succesfully on Wheezy and Jessie systems.


You'll find it attached to this e-mail ; it would be nice to include
this patch in Debian's net-tools package for Jessie release.
