An unversioned conflict/replaces will do that just as well,
since the packages no longer exist.

I'm saying that I believe the *versioning* of those
relationships to be unnecessary.  I'm sorry about dropping the
patch; I got bitten by #211808.

I responded to Kurt with the patch attached for real this time,
and it should be showing up in the BTS shortly.
