There was a RFH from Peter to debian-devel about a month ago
(#373824), to which I responded.  It's still open.

The last upload was a few weeks ago.  One of the NMUs where done by
someone now in the team.

Please take a look at the alioth project, things are in svn.  See

For p2, you had to remove the include config.h or something.
There is a p3 RC or something now.

Anyway, I'm working on making it DFSG-free.

I don't know about the status of Matthias, he's still in the
uploaders field.  It's been a group effort for some time, it just
seems that most of the group members weren't active working on
ntp and there are some new ones now.
