[Pkg-ntp-maintainers] New code repository set up

As previously announced, I have set up the alioth project pkg-ntp for 
this packaging effort.  Bdale and Matthias were added as members.  
There is a mailing list <pkg-ntp-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org> 
that can be used for discussion and should become the new maintainer 
address.  I have not subscribed anyone; please do so yourself if you 
wish.

The package 4.2.0a+stable-8.2 has been imported into the corresponding 
subversion repository using svn-buildpackage semantics.  You should be 
able to get the package and build it thus:

svn co svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-ntp
cd ntp/trunk
svn-buildpackage [ --svn-builder=debuild ]

The subversion repository mails commit notifications using the package 
tracking system, as detailed in 
<http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2006/04/msg00013.html>, 
so you can subscribe there if you want.  (I've never actually seen this 
work; your input is appreciated.)

I'm going to start committing fixes for some of the more critical bugs 
that have solutions supplied in the BTS.  Perhaps we can do a new 
upload in about a week.
