[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Etch upgrade problem with logcheck

Summary:
When apt-gen dist-upgrade'ing from sarge to etch,
package ntp conflicts with the old logcheck.


Dear Debian ntp developers,

Perhaps you know that, and perhaps the ntp package is not
the right place to file this as a bug, therfore I'm
sending this as a mail to you.

When I upgraded sarge->etch yesterday, the ntp package would
not install because the file /etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/ntp
was also present in logcheck-database.

I had first upgraded my sarge to the latest release,
then dist-upgraded to etch.

Some mechanism should be found to upgrade logcheck-database
before ntp.
