[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Heads up: dhcp3 3.0.5-2 fixes #407667

Hi,

My upload of dhcp3 3.0.5-2 fixes #407667 by adding ntp-servers to the list
of options the DHCP client requests by default. I'm looking at #407336 and
thinking this may or may not be a good idea. At the very least, you'll need
to update your README.Debian file.

Let me know what you think, anyway.
