[pkg-ntp-maintainers] listen on specified ip addresses only

Hello,
 
i tried to bind ntpd to one ip address only, read the man and the docs but the options described there are not working. ntpd always listens on my one physical address (eth0) and on all virtual addresses (eth0:0 to eth0:5).
