[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Any reason why ntp removed from testing ?

I just noticed ntp, ntpdate have been removed from testing... however http://packages.qa.debian.org/n/ntp/news/20080531T223931Z.html
doesn't provide any helpful hint on why...
