Package: ntp
Version: 1:4.2.4p4+dfsg-8
Severity: normal

Hi.

I get in syslog :
ntpd[9208]: unable to bind to wildcard socket address 0.0.0.0 - another process may be running - EXITING

However there doesn't seem to be any other ntp program running, and lsof doesn't report anything bound to 123 :(

Is there anything I should check ?

Thanks in advance.
