[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#594071: ntp: dies with no reason

My server is a Fit-Pc2 ( http://www.fit-pc.com/web/fit-pc2/fit-pc2-specifications/ )
munin is installed and I detect that ntp stops (see http://vrac.chtitux.org/ntp_kernel_pll_freq-month.png ).
I do not know why ntp stops.
The configuration of ntp is the default one (

When ntpd is crashed, I got :
root at hobbes /etc/apache2/sites-enabled # /etc/init.d/ntp status
NTP server is not running ... failed!
root at hobbes /etc/apache2/sites-enabled # /etc/init.d/ntp stop
Stopping NTP server: ntpdstart-stop-daemon: warning: failed to kill 1601: No such process

I have to start ntp manually, but it will crash in the near future (ntp maximum lifetime is 5 days).
There is nothing about ntp in /var/log/messages and syslog

Just say me what can I do for helping you, I'll do it.
