[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#613349: please describe the -4 / -6 ntpd options in the ntpd(8) man page

The synopsis of the ntpd(8) man page is:

SYNOPSIS
       ntpd  [ -46aAbgLmnNqx ] [ -c conffile ] [ -f driftfile ] [ -i jaildir ]
       [ -k keyfile ] [ -l logfile ] [ -p pidfile ]  [  -P  priority  ]  [  -r
       broadcastdelay  ]  [  -s statsdir ] [ -t key ] [ -u user[:group] ] [ -U
       interface_update_interval ] [ -v variable ] [ -V variable ]

So, it includes the -4 and -6 options. But these options are not
mentioned in the OPTIONS section. They should be described there.
