Hi, I was rebuilding kernels myself from kernel.org.

Now that the Debian package:

ii  linux-image-2.6.37-1-686                             2.6.37-1 
                               Linux 2.6.37 for modern PCs

has been released, I can see how well ntp performs on my hardware with it.
