I can't reproduce this, nor did it ever fail on one of the buildds
or the various archive rebuilds to test for those things.  It also
doesn't make any sense.  We ship a few perl scripts but that's it,
and they don't need to get linked to libperl.

Please atleast show which command fail.  I prefer a full log.
