Package: ntp
Followup-For: Bug #625572

state is no longer a valid system variable:

http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/html/ntpq.html

I can not seem to find any documentation about the changes in variable reporting.

What did 4 indicate? I think you want to parse the system status word, which is no fun...

I think this bug should be closed as it is not a problem with the package. Upstream changed the reporting values...
