[pkg-ntp-maintainers] ntpd does not start if ntpdate installed on Squeeze

Hello

ntpd does not start at system startup when ntpdate is installed on 
debian Squeeze.
The problem lies in the file
   /etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate
which will start ntpdate at system startup and will prevent ntpd to start.
In my opinion if ntp will be installed and ntpdate is already installed 
this fille
sould be disabled and if ntpdate will beinstalled and ntp already 
installed too...

After I have deleted this file ntpd start fines :-)
