This seems to be caused by validateOptionsStruct() in libopts that
is called by optionProcess().

It seems that libopts claims it isn't compatible with an older version
anymore and failed to change it's soname.

But I'm running with the versions of ntp and libopts and don't
have that problem.  So I have to think it's something you did
locally.
