Hi,

I saw that you uploaded ntp 4.2.6.p5+dfsg-3.1 to DEFERRED/7-day
The changelog says:
   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Use dh-autoreconf to ensure configurey is updated for new architectures

I didn't see any communication about this before.  

It currently already build-depends on autotools-dev and does this:
        cp /usr/share/misc/config.guess /usr/share/misc/config.sub .

So I'm not sure why you made that upload.
