Dear Maintainer,

Please consider shipping the AppArmor profile for ntp from
apparmor-profile-extra in the ntp package.

Indeed, this makes aa-profiles-extra conflict with openntpd (which itself
conflicts with ntp), as openntpd ships a different policy[0], leading to
several bug reports[1] against openntpd and aa-profiles-extra.

Given that openntpd and ntp conflict, this seems to be the best way to handle
this situation.

[0] This is required as openntpd has different policy requirements, yet also
    uses the /usr/sbin/ntp path.
