[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Will 4.2.8 be pushed to Jessie?

What is the likelihood that ntp 4.2.8 will get pushed to Jessie updates?

We're building our next generation of 'cloud' hosts on Jessie and we're running into Bug#795315 and are looking for the best way to address it.  Ideally, we use packages from Debian stable or backports.
