[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#643954: poll on status

Hi,
as many users reported here already I think it is fair to enable debugging.
It doesn't really hurt anywhere and I can say that Ubuntu has enabled it as
delta for quite a while without related issues.

As a little helper here the change that would enable it:
