Hello,

Now is the time to make ntp build and run on GNU/Hurd and close this old bug
from 2007. Attached are three patches, one for the PATH_MAX issue and two for
changes in debian/rules and debian/ntp.install. Since the bug was filed, Hurd
now has full IPv6 support, and especially the ntpdate package is of large
interest to enable time-synchronisation.

The first patch, ntpd_ntp_loopfilter.c.patch, defines PATH_MAX to 4096 for
systems that don't define it.

The second patch, debian_rules.patch, enables the build of ntp in GNU/Hurd again
and omits the build of ntptime, which is not important.
Additionally the debian/rules patch enables successive builds by adding -i to
the clean target, otherwise the distclean-recursive target in the main Makefile
fails.

The third patch, debian_ntp.install.patch, installs only built ntp* files in
/usr/sbin
